Pappenfüs Guitars ("we," "us") operates the website pappenfusguitars.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Contact form submissions. When you use a contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Your submission is sent to us through a transactional email service and stored in our email inbox.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically collects standard web server log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Fonts. This site loads typefaces from its own server (self-hosted). No font requests are sent to third-party font services.
Information we do not collect
We do not use analytics tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. We do not create user accounts. We do not process payments on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
This site does not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of cookies for security and performance purposes (such as the __cf_bm bot-management cookie). These are functional cookies, not tracking cookies.
How we use your information
We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your inquiry about guitars, commissions, repairs, or related questions. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you specifically request it.
Data retention
Contact form submissions remain in our email inbox until deleted in the normal course of correspondence. Cloudflare server logs are retained according to Cloudflare's data retention policies.
Your rights
You may request that we delete any personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
